How off the cuff their entrepreneurial style was-having the sense to open a Yahoo store to sell the DVD the morning of the Today Show interview. Looking at American Greetings 10-k form to discover that the e-card business was worth $80,000,000 a year! Great insights into the mindset of creative business people. Didn&#039;t want &#039;grown-up people&#039;s jobs&#039;. Their Black Swan came in and they were clever enough to parlay that into big success.
