I did not track down the exact company Tyler was referring to but when I did a search for “listening labs” their are many options.

Tyler mentioned an online Listening Labs service. Did anyone manage to track down a name or URL for the company that do this?

I agree overall the site design is nice, simple and clean. However, I think they need to promote a few of the differentiators a bit better. I did reach out to Francis, through their site but didn't get a reply. Maybe they will read this one day and it will help them.

Nice recap and comments Scott. I agree with the logo recommendation. Maybe remove the shadow/3D appearance, that sucker looks like it's jumping off of the screen, way too much emphasis. Also maybe decrease the size of the image in the holiday ad with the guy reaching through the computer screen. These two things make it hard to read the sites content which is a bad thing. Other than that the site looks good visually. It's simple, clean, and not overly flashy; all good traits of a modern site in my opinion.
