Scott Simko, What is the best way to handle price point for initial sponsorship for a small startup with little traffic? Create a “Founding Sponsorship” program and give them a good deal for initial sponsors and offer discount for later sponsorship if the fees increase.  Go visit the sponsors tell them your vision and create a personal relationship, business is personal, sales is transference of enthusiasm in the beginning and then relationship afterwards, check in with them.  What is the least and most prepared you see companies that attend TechCruch?  Things have changed drastically; we prefer a launch at the conference.  Need to do a show how to pitch.
